When I design gardens nature inspires me the most whether it's a stylish modern garden or a traditional English country garden. First of all garden design should be sustainable and ecological for the environment, second -  easy to care for, and of course inviting.

   I work with New Perennials technology which let to create amazing sustainable natural landscaping for urban spaces and for the small personal gardens. I am inspired by the works of Piet Outdolf, Mien Ruys, Nigel Dunnett, Tom Stuart-Smith.

The first and most important part of garden making starts with landscape architecture. Like each building starts with walls and fundament the same garden begins from ecological conditions, area, and natural environment and accounts for the views, and bildings around.

The next step is a task to create a plan and a green carcass, a garden base that will look good almost all seasons, and then add decorative elements to any flowers and others. 
Also, in making gardens project I try to remember that I make a living environment for modern people and take account of that in my work.
